Renegades Optimistic For Cup Finals

Renegades Post

With the playoffs soon coming just around the corner, the Renegades feel that they are in a great chance to go to the NHA Cup Finals and win. They are in a tough conference which features two teams that are still in the single digits in losses. The Hartford Havoc and the Pittsburgh Mammoths currently lead the way in the Howe conference with 84 and 79 points respectively. General Manager Jordan Levine had some words to say on this topic:
"We have a lot of competition, but I feel that this teams chemistry has come together recently and I think it has the ability to go all the way to the NHA Cup Finals and win." Chemistry is correct, unknown by some fans who were recently watching the Havoc's win streak, the Renegades have been on a march themselves. They have won the last seven games, the longest current streak out of any team in the NHA right now, and they have not lost a game yet since there new General Manager has been on board. Chris Druy, Assistant Captain of the Renegades told our reporters: "I think when we got our new General Manager, it gave the team an added stability to their work ethic, and the realization that we have one of the best teams in the NHA." The Renegades has had a history of bad luck, only making the playoffs once in 1999-00 before the lockdown during the 2004-2005 season.

The Renegades are currently tied for 4th in the Howe conference with 72 points with 33 games left on the schedule.
